Website Development Terms and ConditionsBy accessing and using our website, you admit the following terms & conditions without any limitation.
AcceptanceA copy of these terms and conditions is submitted along with project quotations and must be agreed previous to work commencing. These terms and conditions are always available on our website for review. Read these terms and conditions carefully. Any buy or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
Client Review2Intelli will give an opportunity to the Client to review the appearance and content of the entire website during the design phase and once the entire website development is completed. At the completion of the project, such materials will be considered to be accepted and approved unless the Client notifies 2Intelli otherwise within ten (15) days of the date the materials are made available to the Client.
ChargesCharges for services to be provided by 2Intelli are defined in the project quotation that the customer receives via e-mail. Quotations are valid for a time period of 30 days and Our Company reserves the right to change or decline to provide a quotation after expiry of the valid timeperoid.
Turnaround Time and Content Control2Intelli will install and publicly post or supply the customer's website by the date specified in the project proposal, or at date agreed with Client upon 2Intelli receiving initial payment, unless a delay is especially requested by the Client and agreed by 2Intelli.
PaymentPrices are subject to alter without any prior notice.
All invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice date, except where agreed at the Developer’s own choice.
The Developer reserves the right to remove its work for the Client from the Internet if payments are not received.
All quoted prices are exempt of VAT.
The Developer reserves the right to decline further work on a project if there are invoices pending from the Client side.
CopyrightThe Client retains the copyright to files, data and graphic logos provided by the Client, and grant 2Intelli the rights to publish and use such material. The Client must get permission and rights to use any information or files that are copyrighted by a third party. The Client is further responsible for granting 2Intelli permission and rights for use of the same and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 2Intelli from any and all claims resulting from the Client's negligence or inability to obtain proper copyright permissions.
Access RequirementsIf the Client's website is to be installed on a third-party server, 2Intelli must be granted temporary read/write access to the Client's storage directories which must be accessible via FTP. Relying on the specific nature of the project, other resources might also need to be configured on the server.
GeneralThese Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements. The customer's signature below or payment of an advance fee constitutes agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Online Payment is an acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Domain Names2Intelli may purchase domain names on client’s behalf, in this case they will then be renewed on an annual basis and the Client will be invoiced by 2Intelli. For .com, .org and .net domains, reminder emails will be sent out to the client before the domain expires at ninety (80), sixty (50), thirty (30) and five (5) days before expiration with a final email sent ten (10) days after the expiration date. In this case, the customer must notify 2Intelli that they do not wish to keep the domain thirty (30) days before the expiration date. The loss, cancellation of the domain brought about by none or late payment is not the responsibility of 2Intelli. The Client should keep a record of the due dates for payment to ensure that payment is received in good time.
Third Party Services2Intelli might require the usage of third party services - for example, credit card processing - to complete the Client's project needs and will ensure these services are integrated into the project and working correctly upon completion. 2Intelli cannot be held responsible for successive changes or issues with these third party services that may result in issues on the Client's website and may require a one-off Web Development charge before resolving any problems that may arise.
TerminationTermination of services by the Client must be requested in a written notice and will be successful on receipt of such notice. Telephone requests or E-mail for termination of services will not be recognized unless confirmed in written.
Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by English Law.
